Project Details
This project was a complete renovation of a single family home in the Haverford North neighborhood.
There were many challenges during this project including a fire soon after the building was purchased. After the fire-damaged wood was removed and stabilized, a 12-foot extension was built on the home which allowed for a spacious 2BD/2BA layout with a finished basement.
